From Idea to Impact
Our journey began with an invitation from Ghana’s Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI) to lead a series of HR technology training sessions in Accra in January 2020. Over six days, we empowered more than 1,500 business owners and HR professionals with tools to modernize their operations using HR Vista — a cutting-edge, AI-powered HR platform tailored to the Ghanaian business environment.
This milestone collaboration, recognized by national news media, marked the start of Kosimai.tech’s mission to champion technology-driven business transformation across Africa and support entrepreneurs and HR teams with accessible, scalable tech solutions.
